"It’s very unorganized. The employees that are not management, are treated poorly. Taxes, paychecks, benefits, vacation/sick pay are all messed up and they won’t fix it. They literally don’t care."

When I was at the Red River site in Texarkana, the management changed twice in the three years I was there and the HR people set me up to get rid of another long-term employee. The first position I had my manager randomly walked in on the day I found out my mom was in the hospital (which they knew) to tell me my hours were getting cut and I was already barely paying my bills on time. I accepted another position with in the company. Same thing got to work early stayed later when requested. Mined my own business but because I was a contractor and the government employee didnt like me they came up with a reason to get rid of me. The job security sucks.Its a jobContracting position.
